We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Product Condition Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of Purchase Original order confirmation or receipt required
Packaging All original boxes and packaging materials included

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Compression wear (intimate apparel category)
  • Sweatbands (personal hygiene products)
  • Opened packages of Feather Shuttlecocks and Nylon Shuttlecocks
